l’Automne, c’est ici!
Autumn is here and that means cold and rainy! It’s definitely one of my favourite seasons, but it’s somewhat diminished here in Seattle because of so many grey days. I still love it though; the leaves changing colour looks magical no matter what the backdrop!
About a year ago, I cut my hair and let it grow out naturally. It was chemically straightened before. It was strange at first; I’d never had short hair before, but now I wish I’d done it sooner!
Anyway, besides that, I changed the layout into something festive for Halloween! I got a job, so hopefully I will get paid in time to get a costume… I still have no idea what I should be. Something warm, haha. It’s cold here!
In the meantime, I’ve been studying, working on commissioned art and working on my webpage. It’s mostly functional, but I can’t get the subpages to work! Who knows PHP?
I was going to post a make-up tutorial of sorts, but I’ll do it later. Happy October!
You are so cute! Thanks for posting, Ive been checking your blog every week in hopes of an update! Im Rockin a natural too! What types of hair products do you use? I have been using less and rinsing/conditioning daily to achieve a light fluffy curly natural look. I also twist it up and tie it in buns. Although since it is Fall, Big Fluffy and Warm is the best !
I LOVE YOUR BLOG :D

Hey, thanks for commenting! I actually use very few commercial products in my hair. I use the Giovanni line of conditioners for washing… they lather really well and they’re all natural. Besides that, I use glycerine+water for moisture and olive or almond oil to seal the moisture in. I’m looking for a new oil, though… I might try coconut oil for the winter since it’s a bit heavier. :)
I have tried many styles yet though… I’m enjoying the maintenance-free thing for now, though since it’s longer now I can play with it!
